Global Update: 112 New CCIM Designees Pinned in Asia

2012 CCIM Shanghai Pinning

Congratulations to the Institute's 112 newest designees who were pinned in Shanghai, China, Seoul, South Korea, and Taipei, Taiwan, earlier this month.


CCIM 2011 President Frank Simpson (far right) congratulates new designees during a pinning ceremony in Shanghai. Simpson's tour included meetings with 20 real estate businesses and academic institutions in Shanghai and Beijing to promote the value of CCIM education and its global network.

 In addition, more than 600 local professionals attended the CCIM Taiwan Association's real estate forum on Dec. 5. CCIM 2012 President Leil Koch addressed the group with an update on the U.S. commercial real estate market and economic conditions.
